AMEND was founded by Sean Casey, who has been a qualified paramedic since 2023. He has worked on frontline 999 ambulances and provided medical cover at events and festivals, work that taught him to assess people carefully and honestly, to explain clinical decisions in plain language, and to stay calm and methodical when it matters most.
He brings that grounding to aesthetics: thorough assessment, informed consent, careful documentation and clear plans for aftercare and emergencies. Every consultation starts with a conversation about what you’d like to change and, just as importantly, what you’d like to keep.
Treatment plans are built in small, reviewable steps rather than one dramatic sitting, and you can pause or stop at any point. Where a prescription medicine is involved, an independent prescriber carries out a face-to-face assessment before any treatment.
