Who we are
AMEND Aesthetics is a trading name of Amend Aesthetics Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17433678), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our clinics. Contact: sean@amendaesthetics.co.uk or 07522 633970.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, mobile number and postcode area.
- Request details: what you’d like to discuss, the type of consultation, when you’re usually free, how soon you’d like an appointment, your preferred way to be contacted, and confirmation that you are 18 or over.
- If you become a client: date of birth, medical history, consent forms, clinical notes and treatment photographs. These are health data and are treated with extra care.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your request and arrange consultations on our clinic days (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To provide safe treatment and keep clinical records (contract, legal obligation and, for health data, the provision of health care).
- To send occasional news and offers, only if you’ve ticked the separate marketing box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to deliver your care or run the business: our website form provider (which passes your request to us), our independent prescriber and pharmacy, our booking and records system, our insurer, and our accountant. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a client. Clinical records and treatment photographs are kept for at least as long as our professional, insurance and legal obligations require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
