Non-surgical rhinoplasty
Careful filler placement to refine nasal shape and profile, without surgery.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses small amounts of dermal filler to smooth a dorsal bump, straighten the appearance of the bridge or improve symmetry. It cannot make the nose smaller, and it is not a substitute for surgery in every case.
The nose is a higher-risk area for filler, so suitability is assessed carefully. If we think surgery, a specialist opinion or no treatment would serve you better, we will say so.
Suitability
Suitable for smoothing a dorsal bump or improving nasal symmetry, after careful clinical assessment.
What to expect
A smoother nasal profile. Results typically last 12–18 months, depending on the product used.
Downtime
Mild swelling or bruising is possible for a few days.
Aftercare and safety
Every filler appointment includes written aftercare and a direct number to call if you have any concerns. If filler placed at AMEND ever needs correcting for clinical reasons, there is no charge for that care.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty: your questions answered
If your question isn’t here, bring it to your consultation, or call or WhatsApp 07522 633970.
What can non-surgical rhinoplasty do?
It can smooth the appearance of a dorsal bump, make the bridge look straighter and improve symmetry. It cannot make the nose smaller, change breathing or replace surgery in every case.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?
The nose is one of the higher-risk areas for filler because of its blood supply, and rare but serious complications can occur. We assess suitability carefully, use conservative technique and will recommend surgery, a specialist opinion or no treatment if that would serve you better.
How long does a non-surgical nose job last?
Typically 12–18 months, depending on the product used.
Is there downtime?
Mild swelling or bruising is possible for a few days. You will be given written aftercare and a direct number to call if you have any concerns.
Can it be reversed?
Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be dissolved with hyaluronidase, a prescription medicine that requires an assessment by a prescriber.
